(More customer reviews)Just like the two reviews above the first time I used this tool I loved it because it just tears trough ice.THe only problem is that the handle is weak.The second time i used it the upper handle snapped, which leaves the scraper useless.I am currently trying to get ahol of the company for a replacement.
