Low cost and low hassle for increased savings and safety made this a great buy.

*It operates with greater stability and less vibration.The old one would fall over and spin in circles.
*It may inflate tires faster.
*The gage is too small to allow an accurate determination of the pressure, and is not accurate when compared to my digital gage.
*The on/off switch is an improvement over the "on whenever plugged in" mode.
*The cable-storage compartment is not too convenient.
*The tire-inflating fitting has a tendency to hang up on the valve, allowing air to leak while disconnecting.
Overall, the product is good and serves its purpose, but it's not great.

The tires don't slip as much when the chains are on the tires. They were shiny silver color when I put them on. In a couple weeks they will start to rust.Eventually they will wear out and I will have to get another set from the fine folks where I bought this set. THE END.

Staun Automatic Tire Deflators 6-30psi Review

(More customer reviews)Used these at Pismo and they worked great. Everyone else spent 20 minutes deflating tires. Mine took about 5 minutes with the Staun Deflators. I noticed that on the web site there were no instructions on how they work. So here it is. They have two threaded rings, one is used to stop and lock the first ring. The first ring is the PSI adjustment. As you thread this top ring up and down it adjusts the pressure release valve. To adjust them you deflate the tire down to the pressure you want. Put the Deflator on the stem and turn the ring until it stops and you have your deflator set.

(More customer reviews)I got this as a stocking stuffer for Christmas and it's great.It works so much better than the typical metal tube with the white stick that pops out.No problems whatsoever with it and I've probably used it on 10 separate occasions.I tested it against the Tire Pressure Monitoring system in one of our cars and it always reads within 1 psi so I would say that it gives a pretty accurate reading.I'd definitely recommend this product.
