(More customer reviews)I have one of these jacks supporting the rear of my trailer in the driveway, it is rock steady even with four people in the trailer. I like it that these are light weight (steel jack stands can be quite heavy) and I like that these come apart easily and stack up into a compact set for storage.As far as using these for camping: hmmm. They are really too short for my camper, so I'll need to haul 2x6 pieces around to raise them up. Also, the head (the piece that touches the frame of the trailer) doesn't swivel well under load and can pop off of the frame while you are raising the stand. And the steel parts (the nut and the screw) aren't galvanized so they rust.

I can't even count the number of different types of brushes and methods I tried out to clean the backs of wheels. Wine glass cleaning brushes, so-called spoke brushes that had metal surfaces, towels taped to sticks... the list goes on. I tried everything.
When I first saw the EZ Detail Brush I was skeptical. I had tried other brushes of similar design before, but they weren't without flaw. Bristles were too stiff for me to be comfortable using on expensive wheels, or they were too soft to do any good on dirty ones. Bristles were too long, too short; I swear I was starting to think that I was just being too picky, looking for something that didn't exist or was magically impossible to make. Luckily I was wrong.The EZ Detail Brush is really everything that I had been looking for. The bristles are the right length to reach into hard to reach places, and they are stiff enough to clean tough brake dust and road grime safely. The shaft is flexible to help with cleaning hard to reach or difficult to clean parts like brake calipers, spoke backs, and wheel wells. It is durable, safe to use on all wheel types, and even easy to clean. There are no exposed metal surfaces to damage wheels. My search for a wheel cleaning brush is finally over.

While it did work and I trusted the readings, after three weeks, it broke. Cost of repair is three dollars for return shipment from the manufacturer. I'm not sure I am willing to spend three dollars more on this gauge.

(More customer reviews)This is the third bike rack my wife and I have tried and for once a pleasant surprise.I own a Jeep Liberty with the spare tire mounted on the back.Most hitch mounted bike racks require you to purchase a hitch extension costing between $30 and $70 dollars to clear the spare.The mounting tube on this rack has two pre-drilled positions, one for clearing a spare, and one for bringing the rack closer if you don't have a rear mounted spare.Needless to say I was pleased not having to spend the extra money for the extension.

This is also a well built rack, not flimsy like many similarly priced racks I have seen.There is no need to provide extra stability with straps etc. to keep it from twisting.

This rack provides quite a bit of security as well.A locking pin is provided for attaching the section that swivels to the section mounted to the hitch, and one of the three mounting brackets has a locking knob.

Finally, the single tube design is a lot more adaptable than the racks that have two arms for holding the bike.We bought a Thule spare tire mounted rack for my wife's Jeep, and while it is a nice rack, we had a really rough time getting the frames of our mountain bikes to clear the two support arms.With the Swagman, it is no problem, much easier to load and unload.You can rest assured you will get your money's worth with this rack.

Key Parts HV30 Portable Compressor Review

(More customer reviews)March 14 FOLLOW UP REPORT: Pump found to stall and stop at 40 pounds pressure. Teresa K. Naeole of Q. Industries by phone said I could return pump and would be sent a more expensive tire pump in return. Returned pump was received at 159 Islington on February 16 at 12:55 pm. I have not received a new pump. I cannot get a response from telephone message requests at (303) 629 7700. Almost a month now. Yuk! Paul

I purchased the HV30 Portable Compressor because it promised rapid inflation of tires and blowup toys. The 140 pound pressure limit was certainly adequate. The price was right.

The Compressor comes with a hose that screws onto the compressor on one end and screws onto the tire valve stem on the other end. The compressor end thread was damaged. I had to use a pliers to tighten what should have been a hand tightened connection. Because the tire end screws on, air is lost as it is unscrewed after the tire is inflated. Most tire inflators come with a quick disconnect. Further, the compressor won't start against tire pressure if the connector hose is screwed on the tire valve. I had to start the compressor and then screw the hose onto the valve stem.

I haven't tried inflating a bike tire yet. I strongly suspect the air lost during unscrewing the connector hose will almost deflate the tire. This is just a great idea for inflating tires much faster than with pumps designed for much higher pressure limits but really poor engineering execution.
