(More customer reviews)My pack came with drained batteries -- bummer!Once I got these juiced up, they worked well. They turn on when the wheel is spinning -- no need to turn them on and off.Of course that means that you'll waste some battery during the daytime, but you can always buy the other kind that are manual on/off.
The purple housing is actual metal, which is a nice touch.The lights are bright at night.
